A Review of Cingular Wireless for Oklahoma Customers
There are many options for Oklahoma customers to select for wireless service. Of those chooses include Cingular, Cellular One, U.S. Cellular, and many more. I have personally used Cingular and Cellular One. Cingular has disappointed many of its Oklahoman customers. Cingular announced that many of its customers that they would have to give up their Cingular service because they were going to stop borrowing other company’s towers to support usage in parts of the state. This brought great disappointment to some of their loyal customers. It did not seem to matter that some of their customers have used their service for many years.
Cingular even says on their website that if you use your cellular phone excessively that they will terminate your service. I had their service a few years back. I signed up when I lived in Seminole, Oklahoma. This area at the time was fine to sign up in, but now it is considered a partner area. This means that I and many other customers had to give up our service and go somewhere else for business. There was no way that we could keep their service if we couldn’t use it around where we live.
If you do live in another area, they are not a bad company, but I still would not classify them as a good one either. I have seen many reports of mysterious fees ending up on your bill. If you travel a lot this is not a good company to use because as I stated earlier if you use your cellular phone in the partner area for what they call in excess, they can terminate your service. They offer rollover minutes, but they do expire. The problem with the rollover minutes is that you need to have enough minutes to sustain you for the month. So you get a plan that has plenty so you don’t get charged outrageous overage charges. Then you have unused minutes. These unused minutes are then rolled over to the next month. Well then they expire because you have no need for them!
There are many parts of other states that I conceive this has happened to also. Here is a link for their coverage map: http://www.cingular.com/coverageviewer. I was highly disappointed when I heard that they were cutting a lot of customers off. Why did they cover us for so many years and now all of a sudden they do not want to pay to use someone else’s tower? I understand that it is all about money, but they highly aggravated many reliable customers. I can guarantee that there were more customers disappointed than me. I can also assure you that there are many customers who would not recommend Cingular. If you are looking for good wireless service in Oklahoma I would suggest either U.S. Cellular or Cellular One. The Cellular One coverage map is here. U.S. Cellular map is this link. If you are considering Cingular, you might want to reconsider after this. You might be the next one that they have as a reliable customer for years, and all of a sudden tell you that you have to choose someone else to do business with. The selection will be based on the superboost wifi reviews and the cost will be under the budget of the person. The wireless connection will be secure for the person. The services through the service providers will be reliable for the work. Proper research can be made at online websites for the wifi connection.
